Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 6–12 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses may take longer.
Tracking
Tracking can take 2–4 business days to show movement after your shipping confirmation. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email us and we'll look into it.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of purchase, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Multiple-device orders may arrive in the same package or in separate packages.
